The NDSU libraries circulation policies apply to all NDSU, Tri-College and North Dakota higher education students, faculty and staff and all special permit borrowers who borrow library materials from NDSU. Holders of bar-coded ID cards from other PALS libraries are accorded the loan privileges assigned to Special Borrowers.
